Product Introduction
The laboratory small-scale emulsifier is a piece of laboratory equipment designed for micro-scale experiments. It uses mechanical external forces to narrow the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials, enabling one phase to be uniformly distributed into one or more other phases. This achieves the effects of refinement, homogenization, dispersion, and emulsification, thereby forming a stable liquid-liquid or solid-liquid dispersion system.
Product Features
High homogenization and emulsification efficiency, excellent product quality.
The equipment can reach a speed of **11,000 rpm**, enabling rapid and uniform dispersion of powder/liquid materials into the liquid phase. The rotor-stator is manufactured with high precision and a small gap, allowing the materials to be subjected to extremely high shear forces, resulting in uniform dispersion and excellent suspension effects.
Easy to operate
The device is equipped with a locking handle, allowing for quick lifting, lowering, and securing. The electrical control and drive motor are integrated into a single design for convenient operation. It features a digital display for easy reading and setting of relevant values.
Wide range of applications
The equipment is equipped with stator heads in various forms, such as elongated holes, round holes, and mesh holes, making it suitable for materials with different characteristics.
The powerful motor of the laboratory small emulsifier rotates at high speed, creating a vacuum between the rotor and stator, causing materials to be drawn in from the top and bottom of the rotor and stator. The strong kinetic energy generates extremely high linear velocity in the rotor, subjecting the materials to intense impacts, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and powerful shearing within the gap between the rotor and stator before being ejected. Under the action of forces in multiple directions, a strong turbulent flow is produced. With an appropriate amount of emulsifier and a mature process, the materials undergo repeated cycles of deagglomeration, dispersion, homogenization, refinement, and shearing over a certain period, resulting in a stable emulsion.
Material viscosity: ≤5000cps (mPas)
Production capacity: ≤5000ml/batch
