Product Introduction
The volumetric filling machine uses a volumetric method for calculation, achieving control of the filling volume by adjusting the piston displacement. The front end of the feed port is equipped with a feed pump or a pressurized raw material storage tank to transport the material from the tank to the filling machine. A filtration device can be added before filling to remove impurities, ensuring product quality. Through the reciprocating motion of the piston, rapid filling is achieved. This equipment offers advantages such as high filling efficiency and easy maintenance. The volumetric filling machine opens the inlet valve, closes the outlet valve, and retracts the piston rod to draw material from the raw material tank into the piston chamber. Then, it closes the inlet valve, opens the outlet valve, and advances the piston rod to push the material from the piston chamber into the filling container. This process repeats cyclically, and the machine is equipped with a conveyor roller track and a capping/clamping device to complete the material filling and sealing process.
