The dual-head semi-automatic filling machine adopts the gravimetric method for measurement, utilizing signals from load cells to control the opening of the feed valve, thereby achieving automatic filling. The front end of the feed port is equipped with a feed pump or a method of pressurizing the raw material storage tank to transport the material from the tank to the filling machine. A filtration device can be added before filling to remove impurities and ensure product quality. This equipment offers the advantages of high filling efficiency and minimal filling error. It is widely used in industries such as coatings, inks, paints, asphalt, adhesives, lubricants, petrochemicals, and fine chemicals. It is suitable not only for filling fluids but also for filling paste-like products.

Personalized design allows one person to complete the operation, set the specified filling volume, and achieve automatic zeroing and tare with a single press of the filling button. It adopts roller conveyor, allowing the operator to adjust the barrel placement position according to their habits for filling.

Using a branded load cell, the scale platform accuracy can reach over 0.02%, ensuring filling precision. It is equipped with an automated control instrument to achieve automatic feeding. Features include automatic zeroing and auto-tare upon startup.
