The single-head weighing filling machine uses the gravimetric method for measurement, controlling the opening of the feed valve through signals output by the load cell to achieve automatic filling. The front end of the feed port is equipped with a feed pump or a method of pressurizing the raw material storage tank to transport the material from the tank to the filling machine. A filtering device can be added before filling to remove impurities and ensure product quality. This equipment offers the advantages of high filling efficiency and low filling error, and is widely used in industries such as coatings, inks, paints, asphalt, adhesives, lubricants, petrochemicals, and fine chemicals. It is suitable not only for filling fluids but also for filling paste products.

It alleviates the workload of workers; due to its weighing-based design, it is suitable for filling round, square, flat, and various other bottle shapes and diameters.

Personalized design allows a single operator to complete the operation, set the specified filling volume, and achieve automatic zeroing and tare with one press of the filling button. It adopts roller conveyor, enabling filling regardless of the barrel placement position, which can be adjusted according to the operator's habits.

High filling accuracy and high level of intelligence.

Using a branded load cell, the scale platform accuracy can reach over 0.02%, ensuring filling precision. It is equipped with an automated control instrument to achieve automatic feeding. Features include automatic zeroing and auto-tare upon startup. Intelligent advantages are evident, such as automatic weight error correction, power-off protection, fault detection, and the ability to restore factory settings after incorrect operations.

The filling feed uses pipeline connections with multiple connection options. After filling is completed, the capping/clamping process is carried out quickly, minimizing solvent evaporation and ensuring a good on-site environment. The length of the filling machine's track can be customized as needed.

The single-head weighing filling machine's automated control instrument receives the weight signal from the weighing sensor, and controls the feed valve with single-head/large flow/small flow to achieve automatic filling. It is also equipped with a semi-automatic conveyor roller and a capping/clamping/sealing device to complete the material filling and sealing process.
