Product Introduction
The agitator for kettles/tanks features liquid-liquid or powder-liquid mixing and blending functions, making it suitable for mass production. Product Features
Driven by the power unit, the emulsifying head rotates in a fixed direction. During rotation, it drives the material to undergo both axial and radial rotation. The material inside the tank simultaneously experiences axial and circumferential motion, resulting in several forms of mixing, including shear mixing and diffusion mixing. This enables efficient and rapid stirring and blending of the material.
The dispersion disc operates at high speed, causing the material to form a ring-shaped flow, generating a strong vortex that spirals downward to the bottom of the vortex. Intense shearing, impact, and friction occur between particles, achieving rapid dispersion and dissolution. The stirring disc, through circular motion, produces effective radial forces, accelerating material circulation and improving dispersion efficiency.
The emulsifier head features precision machining technology, with a high degree of coordination between the rotor and stator. A powerful motor drives high-speed rotation, creating a vacuum between the rotor and stator, causing materials to be drawn in from the top and bottom of the rotor and stator. The strong kinetic energy generates an extremely high linear speed of the rotor, subjecting the materials to intense impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and powerful shear within the gap between the rotor and stator, before being ejected. Under the action of forces in multiple directions, a strong turbulent flow is produced. With an appropriate amount of emulsifier and a mature process, the materials undergo repeated cycles of deagglomeration, dispersion, homogenization, refinement, and shear over a certain period, resulting in a stable emulsion.
