Product Introduction
The stainless steel mixing tank operates stably with low noise, is simple to operate, and highly adaptable. It is an ideal multifunctional equipment for mixing, dispersing, and other processes. The mixing tank features liquid-liquid or powder-liquid mixing and blending functions, making it suitable for large-scale production. Additionally, it can be equipped with dispersing, emulsifying, heating, and cooling functions to meet the needs of different production processes, and it can operate for extended periods.
Product Features
High mixing efficiency, good product quality.
With years of experience in stirred tank applications across various industries, we can select the appropriate impeller type and rotational speed based on material properties and specific mixing requirements. This enables rapid transition of the fluid into transitional or turbulent flow states, allowing simultaneous axial and radial motion. By maintaining this state for a sufficient duration, a uniformly mixed solution can be achieved.
Configure high-speed dispersion and emulsification to meet more needs and improve cost-effectiveness.
The mixing tank can be equipped with 1-2 high-speed dispersers and emulsifiers as needed. The **rotational speed** of the disperser and emulsification equipment can reach up to 2930 rpm (conventional 1450 rpm), with a linear speed of over 20 m/s, enabling rapid and uniform dispersion of powder materials into the liquid. Due to the extremely high shear forces, the materials are evenly dispersed, resulting in excellent suspension effects.
Easy to maintain and clean.
The agitator is fixed to the main shaft with bolts, making it easy to move and disassemble.
The non-standard nature is strong.
Customizable for various types of non-standard products, such as explosion-proof, sealed vacuum, with scraper wall, multifunctional, etc. The material can be customized as SS316L stainless steel or coated as required.
Driven by the power unit, the stirring blades rotate in a fixed direction. During rotation, they drive the material to perform both axial and radial movements. The material inside the mixer undergoes simultaneous axial and circumferential motions, resulting in several mixing forms such as shear mixing and diffusion mixing. This enables efficient and rapid stirring and blending of the material. The dispersion disc operates at high speed, causing the material to form a circular flow, creating a strong vortex that descends in a spiral pattern to the bottom of the vortex. Intense shear impacts, collisions, and friction occur between particles, achieving rapid dispersion and dissolution. The stirring disc, through its circular motion, generates a strong radial effect, accelerating material circulation and improving dispersion efficiency. The emulsifier head features precision machining, with a high degree of coordination between the rotor and stator. The powerful motor rotates at high speed, creating a vacuum between the rotor and stator, causing the material to be drawn in from the top and bottom of the rotor and stator. The strong kinetic energy generates extremely high linear speed in the rotor, subjecting the material to intense impacts, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and powerful shear within the gap between the rotor and stator. The material is then ejected, forming a strong turbulent flow under the influence of multiple directional forces. With an appropriate amount of emulsifier and a mature process, the material undergoes repeated cycles of deaggregation, dispersion, homogenization, refinement, and shear over a certain period, ultimately producing a stable emulsion.
