Product Introduction
The mobile bag filter system consists of a stainless steel bag filter, a pneumatic diaphragm pump, an air source dual-unit assembly, and a single pneumatic control valve. It is mounted on a handcart and can be freely moved to any production line for operation. The bag filter system is a new type of filtration system. Inside the filter, a metal mesh basket supports the filter bag. Fluid flows in through the inlet, passes through the filter bag, and exits through the outlet, with impurities trapped in the filter bag. The filter bag can be replaced for continued use. It is primarily used to filter impurities from products and is equipped with a pressure monitoring gauge that alerts when the pressure is too high, indicating the need to replace the filter bag.

The filter cart can be easily moved, and the pneumatic diaphragm pump allows for flow adjustment. It has a certain suction lift and discharge head, and is equipped with a self-protection function, ensuring that the pump will not be damaged even in the event of filter clogging.

The filtration trolley consists of a stainless steel bag filter, a pneumatic diaphragm pump, an air source treatment unit, and a single pneumatic control valve, all mounted on a stainless steel handcart. The pneumatic diaphragm pump draws the material from a pull tank or container into the side inlet pipe of the filter housing, where it flows into the filter bag. After impurities are filtered out, the material is pumped to a filling machine for packaging or into a storage tank for storage. The bag filter is a pressure-type filtration device, primarily composed of a filter housing, a filter cover with a quick-opening mechanism, and a stainless steel filter bag reinforcement mesh. The filtrate enters the filter bag through the side inlet pipe of the filter housing. The filter bag itself is placed inside a reinforced mesh basket, and the liquid permeates through the filter bag of the required fineness level to obtain a qualified filtrate, while impurity particles are intercepted by the filter bag. The stainless steel mobile trolley is equipped with swivel casters for easy movement. It generates no electrical sparks and meets explosion-proof requirements.

It is suitable for filtering impurities from various slurries with a material viscosity below 10,000 cps and a filtration fineness greater than 0.5 um, such as latex paint, industrial paint, water-based ink, pesticides, adhesives, and thousands of other materials. It is applicable to industries including food, coatings, ink, adhesives, dyes, pesticides, water treatment, and papermaking for the impurity filtration of product materials.
