Working Principle:
The eccentric discs are installed on the stirring shaft in a specific sequence. Under the action of the feed pump, the material enters the grinding chamber. The inlet is designed at the end of the drive connection flange, and the flow direction of the material is opposite to the mechanical bearing at the bottom end, which significantly reduces the pressure on the mechanical seal, thereby extending its service life. During the high-speed operation of the eccentric discs on the stirring shaft, the mixture of material and grinding medium undergoes efficient relative motion. As a result, the solid particles in the material are effectively dispersed and ground. After passing through a set of rotor gap separation filters, the final product is obtained.
Structural Design: Cantilever Eccentric Disc Design
Main Features:
The fineness of material grinding can reach the submicron level, ≤2 μm.
The reasonable eccentric disc design of the grinding chamber is the result of extensive experimental data and is arranged in a specific fluid dynamics sequence.
The entire grinding chamber is subjected to radial forces, and the large-area eccentric disc generates high-density grinding energy, allowing the grinding media to produce a uniform energy balance on the material.
The work is convenient and flexible, easy to operate.
Continuous high-energy grinding process
Conveniently replaceable spare parts for the grinding chamber made of different materials.
The optional fineness range of the grinding media is 0.5 to 3 mm.
The high-efficiency dynamic separator is a
High productivity
