Working Principle:
NORVA's High-Efficiency Submicron Horizontal Bead Mill utilizes advanced three-eccentric cam discs installed in a specific sequence on the stirring shaft. Under the action of the feed pump, the material enters the grinding chamber. The inlet is designed at the end of the drive connection flange, with the material flow direction opposite to the mechanical bearing at the bottom end, significantly reducing the pressure on the mechanical seal and extending its service life. During the high-speed rotation of the eccentric discs on the stirring shaft, the mixture of material and grinding media undergoes efficient relative motion, ensuring stable energy transfer without dead zones. As a result, the solid particles in the material are effectively dispersed and ground. After passing through a set of rotor gap separation filters, a final high-quality product with a narrow normal particle size distribution is obtained.
