Our company selects high-quality imported yttria-stabilized zirconia, using "yttrium" as the stabilizing element for zirconia bead sintering, which offers high strength, high fracture toughness, high density, high wear resistance, and high hardness. Through multiple consecutive experiments in our laboratory, the zirconia beads exhibit excellent quality, no breakage, stable performance, reliable quality, long service life, and low overall operating costs. Their extremely low wear ratio effectively prevents contamination of the grinding material, maintaining its high purity. With high density, the grinding efficiency is particularly high. The low wear rate ensures the stability of the grinding process conditions, guarantees the consistency and stability of the grinding material quality, and facilitates process control and management. Particularly suitable for:
