The graphite anode material crusher equipment is a customized crushing and classification system specifically designed and manufactured based on the distinct characteristics of spherical graphite and artificial graphite. The product features a fully negative pressure design, high precision in crushing and classification, particle shape control, low energy consumption, and minimal wear. It can be widely applied in the batch production of graphite crushing and classification.

Device Application:

Based on the physical properties of graphite (natural graphite, synthetic graphite, and spherical graphite), high-precision mechanical crushing classifiers are used to precisely control the classification particle size. Depending on the output and fineness requirements, the ZJ-C, ZJ-QLM, and ZJ-F series equipment can be selected. According to the material characteristics, the ZJ-QLM series jet mill can be chosen for natural graphite, the ZJ-F series air classifier for synthetic graphite classification, and the ZJ-C series mechanical ultrafine grinder (classification impact mill) for spherical graphite particle shaping.

1. Full negative pressure operation during processing ensures no dust pollution on site, maintaining a clean and dry environment.

2. Graphite crushing and classification are highly precise with large output! Dedicated equipment can be selected based on different raw materials, with fully automated control and low energy consumption.

3. The crushing and classification precision is adjustable within the range of D97=3-74 microns.

4. Particle morphology shaping function, spherical graphite takes on a "potato-like shape."

5. Use baghouse dust collection with sectional reverse blowing and offline cleaning, achieving a collection rate of over 75%, effectively reducing raw material loss.
