The inert gas-protected high-efficiency impact mill is specifically designed and developed for materials that are flammable, explosive, or prone to oxidation. It is based on the standard high-efficiency impact mill and vertical turbine high-precision classifier, with modifications such as altering the gas composition, adjusting the air intake and exhaust pipelines, and improving the sealing process of the equipment. The entire system uses inert gas as the working fluid medium. The complete set of equipment consists of an inert gas source, an oxygen content analyzer, an intake pipeline system, a closed-loop feeding system, a vertical turbine classifier, an induced draft fan, a sealed replacement discharge valve, an anti-static pulse jet dust collector, and an inert gas replenishment device. The outlet of the induced draft fan is connected to the air inlet of the high-efficiency impact mill, forming a closed-loop inert gas circulation system.

The entire production line operates in a fully enclosed negative pressure circulation system, controlled by PLC programming to minimize manual operation and control factors. The control cabinet can be placed in a separate control room at a distance. Automatic packaging machines are used for packaging and discharging, while monitoring probes are employed for on-site observation, enabling fully unmanned operation.

1. Isolate oxygen and select the purity of inert gas based on the specific requirements of the processed product. Achieve fully enclosed circulation of inert gas to minimize loss and reduce costs.

2. The oxygen consumption during processing can be precisely monitored, and the oxygen content in the system can be controlled as needed, reaching below 1 PPM. Automatic replenishment of inert gases such as nitrogen is achieved to maintain pressure balance, ensuring that the oxygen content always remains within safety production standards.
3. Materials are added at a constant speed. The bending angles of the equipment's inlet and outlet pipes, as well as the shapes of various components, are all determined through scientific calculations, ensuring no dead corners and preventing powder from accumulating inside the pipes.
4. A cooling device is installed on the operating pipeline to reduce safety risks during prolonged equipment operation or in high-temperature environments.
5. The entire system is equipped with explosion-proof holes on the pipelines to minimize losses in the event of deflagration or explosion caused by excessive internal pressure or concentration levels.
6. Fully sealed negative pressure operation, automatic pulse dust cleaning, imported high-precision filter material, high dust collection efficiency.
7. The entire system adopts automated control, enabling one-key start/stop, making operation simple and convenient. When connected to the central control, remote control can be achieved.
