I. Working Principle

Working Principle: Sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO₃) in the raw material silo is uniformly fed into the buffer hopper of the injector via a star feeder, and then into the dry powder injection pump. The material in the injection pump is propelled by a vortex high-pressure blower through a single pipeline into the end flue, kiln, or desulfurization tower, where it reacts with acidic components, thereby achieving desulfurization and deacidification to purify the flue gas.

II. Introduction to Jet Conveying Pump

1. The jet conveying pump is a device for continuous, dilute-phase, micro-positive pressure conveying of powdered materials. It operates in a fully enclosed manner, with no dust emission and low noise, meeting environmental protection requirements.

2. The entire system has no other valves or electric starting components except for the feed screw and a vortex high-pressure fan. It adopts PLC control, simplifying the operation procedure.

3. In high-altitude and cold regions, the absence of starting components ensures no operational failure due to freezing. In humid areas, continuous flow transportation prevents material cooling and clumping. Therefore, its performance is particularly prominent in high-altitude, cold, and humid working conditions.

4. It has strong self-adjustment capabilities and is customized for each user based on their specific conditions, with a one-machine-one-model approach. As long as your materials and output remain unchanged, a single adjustment will eliminate the need for further adjustments.

5. The user is dealing with pipe blockages caused by headaches, and the delivery pump rarely or never operates. Due to dilute-phase jet conveying, there is minimal deposition. Even if a blockage occurs, stopping the feed and blowing through it will clear it easily (low-pressure conveying has a small gas-to-solid ratio, resulting in less wear).

6. It can be configured with one vortex high-pressure fan and multiple pumps, with a main pipe configuration for one machine per pipe or multiple machines per pipe. There is no need to build a gas distribution room, and the foundation does not require special treatment. It can operate simply by placing it on a concrete floor and connecting to electricity, saving a significant amount of upfront and ongoing maintenance costs.

7. Wide range of applications. As long as the particle size is below 3mm, the capacity is below 1.8, the calculated equivalent length is within 500m, and the single-machine conveying capacity is between 0.1-30 t/h, this machine can be used for various materials.
