This machine is suitable for grinding over 280 types of materials in industries such as mining, building materials, chemical engineering, and metallurgy, including barite, calcite, potassium feldspar, talc, marble, limestone, ceramics, and glass. These materials must have a Mohs hardness of no more than 7 and a humidity level below 6%, and must be non-flammable and non-explosive. The finished product particle size can be adjusted within the range of 100-325 mesh as needed.
Working process: Bulk materials are crushed to a certain particle size by a jaw crusher, then vertically transported to a storage hopper by a bucket elevator. An electromagnetic vibrating feeder then delivers the materials quantitatively, uniformly, and continuously into the main machine for grinding. The ground powder is carried by the circulating air from the blower into the return air pipe at the upper end of the collector, flowing back into the blower. The entire air circuit system operates in a closed loop, with most of the flow occurring under negative pressure. Due to the moisture content in the material being ground, it evaporates into gas during grinding, and air leaks into the air pipes under negative pressure, causing an increase in the air volume within the circulating air circuit. This increased airflow is directed from the large excess air pipe between the blower and the main machine into a small cyclone collector. Any fine powder carried by the airflow is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust pipe at the upper end of the small cyclone collector.
