High-temperature brazing filler metals possess excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance. Their brazing joints can withstand operating temperatures of 1000°C, while also exhibiting outstanding performance in cryogenic media such as liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen. These filler metals are typically used for brazing austenitic stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, nickel-based alloys, and cobalt-based alloys, and can also be applied to the brazing of carbon steel and low-alloy steel.
The high-temperature brazing filler metals produced by our company are prepared based on the composition ratios specified in the American standard, using a high-vacuum gas atomization process. During the preparation process, the equipment is vacuumed and then filled with inert gas (argon or nitrogen) for protection, isolating the entire process from air. This ensures that the various properties of the powder are not affected by external environmental factors.
Powder characteristics:The powder has high sphericity, a smooth surface, few satellite particles, low oxygen content, and a uniform particle size distribution, offering good flowability and a high apparent density.
Density and tap density.
Powder application:High-temperature brazing filler metal powder is suitable for brazing high-stress components such as aircraft turbine blades and jet engine parts, as well as for brazing vacuum systems or vacuum pipelines. It can also be used for brazing components in the nuclear industry.
