GTZ Series Permanent Magnetic Drum (Magnetic Pulley)

The internal structure of the RCT series permanent magnetic rollers adopts (two types of magnetic systems: semi-magnetic and fully magnetic). They are widely used for the purification treatment of powdery, granular, and small block materials, or for the recovery and reuse of iron materials. They provide reliable protection against damage and wear of crushers, grinders, and extruders. The rollers feature easy installation, strong magnetic attraction, no energy consumption, continuous automatic iron removal, and simple operation. When a semi-magnetic roller is used in conjunction with a belt conveyor, no iron removal scraper is required on the roller surface. However, if the material is directly dropped onto the roller surface without using a belt, an iron removal scraper must be installed to scrape off ferromagnetic impurities.

High-performance strong magnetic materials are used to form a composite magnetic system, which is not prone to demagnetization.

The unique magnetic circuit design ensures high magnetic field strength and deep penetration, making it easy to remove iron.

The installation dimensions comply with the standard dimensions of DT75 and DTⅡ belt conveyors, making installation and use convenient.
