Working principle

The ore feeding box is equipped with a material distribution device to ensure that the material entering the tank body is evenly distributed along the length direction of the drum. The inner surface of the tank body and the outer surface of the magnetic drum are coated with a wear-resistant layer to enhance durability and extend service life. The diameter of the selected ore particles can reach up to 16mm. The magnetic content in the tailings is significantly reduced, with a decrease of 1-3% compared to the magnetic content in tailings discarded by conventional magnetic separation equipment. The magnetic system adopts a large wrap angle design, extending the separation process and increasing the concentrate grade by 2-4%. A certain liquid level is maintained in the tank body to facilitate the recovery of magnetic materials.
