Working principle

A square swing screen can also be called a reciprocating vibrating screen or precision vibrating screen. The vibration force generated by its motor drive device is an inertial force that rotates around a fixed axis with a regular change in direction. Essentially, it is a reciprocating inertial force formed by the rotation of an eccentric wheel around a fixed axis. Based on the structural characteristics and working principle of the swing screen, its screen surface is generally arranged horizontally or with a slight inclination (the inclination angle is0°~5°）。

The working principle of the square swing screen is as follows::After the swing screen is started, the vibrating body of the equipment, i.e., the screen box, performs a forward and backward reciprocating motion under the action of inertial force. The screen box and the screen surface move together in a periodic swinging motion, causing the material on the screen surface to undergo a directional jumping motion along with the screen box. During this process, materials smaller than the screen openings fall through the openings to the lower layer, becoming undersized materials, while materials larger than the screen openings are discharged from the discharge port after continuous tumbling and jumping motions, thereby completing the screening process.
