Working Principle Introduction: The feeding process of the vibrating feeder is achieved by using a special vibrating motor to drive the feeding trough to perform periodic linear reciprocating vibrations along the inclined direction. When the vertical component of the acceleration of the feeding trough's vibration exceeds the gravitational acceleration, the material in the trough is thrown up and moves forward in a parabolic trajectory through a jumping motion. The throwing and landing occur in an instant. Due to the continuous excitation of the vibrating motor, the feeding trough vibrates continuously, and the material in the trough keeps jumping forward, thereby achieving the purpose of feeding.
