Working Principle Introduction: The mixture of sand and water is fed from the top through a feeding chute and moves downward within the cylinder under the action of gravity. At the lower part of the cylinder, there is a porous water spray plate. The upward water flow interacts with the descending solid particles, gradually forming a fluidized bed. Particles of different sizes will descend or ascend at the hindered settling velocity corresponding to the volumetric concentration. An electronic pressure sensor is used to measure the pressure condition of the fluidized bed and automatically adjust the opening of the discharge valve, thereby ensuring precise classification according to the required separation.
