Product Name:GTGB High-Intensity Plate Magnetic Separator
Slurry concentration:10-30%
Magnetic Field Strength:16000GS
Production capacity10-40t/h
Application Areas:
Materials: Purification of quartz, feldspar, nepheline ore, and kaolin by removing impurities and iron. It can also be used for wet separation of various weakly magnetic metal ores such as red ores (hematite, limonite, siderite, etc.), manganese ore, ilmenite, wolframite, as well as the separation of scheelite and wolframite, and the separation of wolframite and cassiterite.
Product Introduction: This product is a high-gradient, high-field-strength magnetic separation equipment developed by our company. The magnetic system of the magnetic separator is composed of high-quality rare earth magnetic steel extruded together. This machine features extremely high magnetic field strength, integrating physical mechanics, fluid mechanics, and magnetic mechanics. It can select certain weakly magnetic minerals based on the different magnetic properties of the ore.
Highlight advantages:
1. Using high-performance neodymium iron boron magnetic material with a unique magnetic circuit design, the surface **magnetic field can reach15,000 GS is comparable to high-gradient electromagnetic separators.
2. Compared to other permanent magnetic separators, it has a larger magnetic sweeping area and better iron removal efficiency.
3. The slope of the plate surface is adjustable, and adjusting the slope according to the material condition can achieve the **optimal iron removal effect**.
4. The belt speed is adjustable via frequency conversion, and adjusting the belt speed according to the material condition can achieve better iron removal results.
5. The use of wear-resistant canvas as the conveyor belt significantly extends the service life of the belt.
6. Compared to other high-gradient vertical ring magnetic separators, it saves electricity and energy.
7. The ore is equipped with a uniform feeding device; the tailings are equipped with an automatic cleaning device for adsorbed magnetic materials.
Working Principle Introduction: The slurry enters the magnetic separator distributor through the feed pipe, and after being evenly dispersed, it is scattered onto the iron removal belt above the magnetic plate. Under the action of gravity, the slurry flows downward along the inclined direction of the magnetic plate. The ferromagnetic materials in the slurry are firmly adsorbed onto the iron removal belt under the strong magnetic field force of the magnetic plate. Driven by the motor, the iron removal belt rotates upward along the inclined direction of the magnetic plate, simultaneously carrying the adsorbed ferromagnetic materials into the iron removal zone. The ferromagnetic materials are washed by the flushing water and collected into the tailings hopper, while the non-magnetic slurry flows downward along the magnetic plate and enters the concentrate hopper.
