Working Principle Introduction: The feeding box is equipped with a material distribution device to ensure that the material entering the tank body is evenly distributed along the length of the drum. The inner surface of the tank body and the outer surface of the magnetic drum are coated with a wear-resistant layer to enhance durability and extend service life. The diameter of the selected ore particles can reach16mm; the magnetic material content in tailings is significantly reduced, decreasing by 1-3% compared to that of conventional magnetic separation equipment. The magnetic system adopts a large wrap angle design, extending the separation process and increasing the concentrate grade by 2-4%.
