Working principle

The linear vibrating screen is driven by dual vibration motors. When the two vibration motors rotate synchronously in opposite directions, the exciting forces generated by their eccentric blocks cancel each other out in the direction parallel to the motor axes, while combining into a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axes. As a result, the motion trajectory of the screen is a straight line. The two motor shafts are inclined at an angle relative to the screen surface. Under the combined action of the exciting force and the material's own gravity, the material is thrown up on the screen surface and moves forward in a jumping, linear motion, thereby achieving the purpose of screening and classifying the material.
