Working principle

The slurry enters the scrubber chamber through the feed pipe, where it undergoes intense turbulence under the powerful stirring action of the impeller. The ore particles within the slurry possess significant momentum and experience vigorous friction and collision with one another. The impurity films coating the ore particles, due to their low strength, are easily stripped from the mineral surface through friction and impact. Meanwhile, the cementing materials on the mineral surface, after being soaked in water and subjected to intense friction and collision between particles, become loose and disintegrate, thereby achieving the separation of clay from the ore particles. These film impurities and clay materials, after being disintegrated and stripped into the slurry, can be separated from the slurry through subsequent desliming. In actual production processes, different reagents are added based on the specific conditions of the minerals.
