This equipment features a multi-stage series structure, ensuring smooth and stable material flow, high processing capacity, and excellent efficiency. It can simultaneously separate products into several particle size segments, and the number of separation points can be adjusted by controlling the classification impeller and the air volume of the induced draft fan.
The required products have been obtained, achieving over 90% availability, with a wide classification range that allows for arbitrary classification at the micron level.
The entire classification system consists of an airflow classification main unit, a cyclone collector, a pulse dust collector, a high-pressure induced draft fan, and an electrical control cabinet. Applicable materials: silica powder, calcium carbonate, feldspar powder, aluminum oxide, bauxite, kaolin, talc, graphite, etc.
The classification structure has been specially designed to effectively block large particles, ensuring high classification efficiency and strict control.
Working Principle Introduction
The fine powder below the classified particle size enters the cyclone collector and pulse dust collector along with the gas-solid two-phase flow for collection, while the purified gas is discharged by the induced draft fan.
Subjected to both the centrifugal force generated by the rotating classification impeller and the centripetal force produced by the induced draft fan, when the centrifugal force on a particle exceeds the centripetal force, coarse particles larger than the classification diameter are thrown to the inner wall of the cylinder, lose speed, and slide down along the wall. External secondary air enters through evenly distributed air inlets on the cone, creating an air-screening effect on the coarse particles to separate fine powders mixed or adhered to the coarse material.
The equipment is equipped with an automatic control system, making it simple and easy to adjust and control operating parameters. Under the suction force of the induced draft fan, materials enter through the lower cylinder, where external primary air mixes thoroughly with the materials, allowing the particles to be fully dispersed and rise to the classification zone.
