Working Principle:
FQSA jet mill is a device that utilizes high-speed airflow to achieve ultra-fine grinding of dry materials. It consists of components such as a grinding chamber, a cut-off classifier, a feeding device, an air source system, and a collection system. Materials enter the grinding chamber through the feeding device, while compressed air is injected into the grinding chamber at high speed through specially designed nozzles. The materials are accelerated in the high-speed jet stream and repeatedly impact and collide at the intersection of the nozzles, achieving grinding. The ground materials are carried by the upward airflow into the classification chamber. Due to the high-speed rotation of the cut-off classifier, the particles are subjected to both the centrifugal force generated by the classifier rotor and the centripetal force produced by the viscous effect of the airflow. When the centrifugal force on the particles exceeds the centripetal force, coarse particles above the classification cut size return to the grinding chamber for further impact grinding. Fine particles below the classification cut size are carried by the airflow into a cyclone separator and collected by a collector, while the gas is discharged by an induced draft fan.
