TD Series Bucket Elevator

The TD-type bucket elevator is a new bucket elevator product developed by our factory based on the D-type bucket elevator. Compared with the D-type bucket elevator, it offers significant advantages such as multiple specifications, larger conveying capacity, higher lifting height, stable and reliable operation, and longer service life. Its main technical performance and parameters comply with JB3926-85 "Vertical Bucket Elevator" (this standard is equivalent to and references international standards and advanced foreign standards).

The TD type bucket elevator has the following features:

1. High conveying capacity: Compared to the D-type with the same bucket width, the TD-type nearly doubles the conveying capacity.

2. The traction component uses a high-strength rubber conveyor belt, which offers high tensile strength and a long service life.

3. The overall structure is simple, easy to install, and convenient for adjustment, maintenance, and servicing.

4. The traction component is a low-alloy, high-strength round-link chain. After appropriate heat treatment, it exhibits high tensile strength and wear resistance, ensuring a long service life. This elevator adopts centrifugal or mixed discharge and scoop-type loading, making it suitable for conveying powdery, granular, or small lump materials with a bulk density not exceeding 1.5 t/m³ and low abrasiveness. The material temperature must not exceed 60°C.

This machine is equipped with four types of buckets: Q type (shallow bucket), H type (curved bottom bucket), ZH type (medium deep bucket), and SH type (deep bucket), which are used to convey various materials. Users can select the appropriate bucket based on the characteristics of the material. The model designation for this elevator is TD, which stands for belt bucket elevator; the product specification is indicated by the bucket width.
