The MC series pulse bag dust collector is a highly efficient environmental purification device widely used both domestically and internationally. Working Principle:
Dust-laden gas enters under the suction force of the induced draft fan. After being evenly dispersed by the guide vanes, the dust adheres to the surface of the filter elements, while the clean gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the filter elements. The dust adhering to the surface of the filter elements is periodically cleaned using electromagnetic pulse valves, and the dust is discharged through the discharge valve at the bottom of the dust collector.

Main Features:
1. The airflow combination is reasonable, utilizing forward airflow and forward-flow filtration, allowing dust to undergo coagulation and sedimentation during the filtration process, thereby reducing the load on filter bags and the pulse frequency.
2. The filter bag opening is sealed with an elastic expansion ring, ensuring good sealing performance and easy installation and removal. The frame is made using resistance welding, with a smooth outer surface free of weld marks, which resolves the issue of wear between the filter bag and the frame, resulting in a long service life for the filter bag.
3. Select filter media with different performance and specifications based on the working conditions. The operating resistance is stable, energy consumption is low, and the dust removal efficiency exceeds 99.9%.
