The TDG series speed-regulating quantitative feeding belt scale is an ideal device for continuous weighing and feeding of bulk materials. It adopts dynamic feeding metering and computer-controlled frequency conversion, and is equipped with an automatic belt tensioning device, deviation alarm protection, and on-site control switches. It features stable operation, high reliability, and precise metering, enabling normal operation in harsh environments. Structural Characteristics:
1. The scale body frame is composed of cold-formed C-shaped steel plates, featuring a novel structure and high strength, making it suitable for the design of various non-standard scale bodies.
2. Integrated direct-coupled geared motor, manufactured with imported foreign technology, featuring low noise, low vibration, dust resistance, long lifespan, and high reliability. The geared motor is equipped with a reaction torque support plate and a shaft-mounted structure. It is directly connected to the active roller of the weighing body, making installation, debugging, and maintenance extremely convenient.
3. Endless circular belt, skirted belt structure;
4. Unique X-shaped reed weighing mechanism ensures more uniform force distribution on the reed, resulting in better linearity and repeatability.
5. The design of the weak magnetic gear speed measurement device, combined with the speed measurement circuit, accurately reflects the motor speed, providing precise and reliable speed signals.
6. Unique belt anti-deviation device, imitating the three-roller structure of Schenck scale, allowing free adjustment of tension rollers.
7. The weighing body's feeding device comes with a support plate, which can control the feeding amount and sealing to facilitate calibration and zero adjustment of the weighing body.
