Working Principle:

Through the rapid multi-dimensional oscillatory motion of the tank, the irregular movement of the grinding media inside generates immense impact force, extending the trajectory of the grinding media, enhancing impact energy, and reducing collision blind spots. Its working efficiency is dozens of times higher than that of traditional processes. This significantly increases the impact energy and motion frequency of the grinding media within the tank, enabling the crushed material to reach the nanometer level. At the same time, it greatly improves the uniformity of the crushed particles.
