·Due to the high-intensity gradient magnetic field, the capture is thorough and the gripping force is strong, resulting in more complete impurity removal.
· The standard operating temperature for regular products is **80 degrees Celsius**. For customers with special requirements, we can provide **high-temperature products with an operating temperature of 250 degrees Celsius**.
· All Mayer magnetic rods are made of 304 or 316L seamless stainless steel tubes, polished to fully comply with HACCP, GMP, and FDA standards.
·Diverse end designs—flat ends, screw holes, studs, etc.; for materials with high abrasiveness, a sleeve-type magnetic rod can be selected. The sleeve enhances the wear resistance of the magnetic rod, extending its service life several times over. The sleeve and magnetic rod are secured by magnetic force, making installation and removal more convenient. With the external sleeve, magnetic impurities can be easily removed when the internal magnetic rod is taken out.
