JD-1400 Fully Automatic Soft Shaft Single Crystal Furnace is a soft shaft pulling type single crystal furnace. It operates in an inert gas environment, using a graphite resistance heater to melt silicon material of a certain purity, and employs the Czochralski method to grow dislocation-free single crystals. This equipment can produce high-quality single crystals required for solar photovoltaic cells and large-scale integrated circuits. The furnace can utilize a 32-inch thermal system, melt 500 kg of material, and pull single crystals of 10 inches or smaller (customizable to accommodate larger diameter silicon rods). Due to the increased material input, its production capacity is over 20% higher than that of the JD-1200 furnace model. As a sister model to the JD-1200 single crystal furnace, it not only retains the characteristics of the JD-1200 but also features significant improvements in aspects such as appearance design, ease of maintenance and repair, automation level, and various performance indicators.
