Scope of Application
The FCX high-frequency pulsating fine ore pneumatic magnetic separator is suitable for the fine-grade dry beneficiation and purification of ilmenite and magnetite after high-pressure roller mills, and also demonstrates good separation performance for the recovery of magnetic materials from fine-grade steel slag.
Technical Features
◆The vibrating feeding device uses a vibrating motor as the vibration source, with the feeding trough designed in an extended structure and a material distribution mechanism at the bottom of the trough to ensure uniform feeding.
◆ The magnetic system adjustment device adopts a reducer structure adjustment method, making it easy and light to operate.
◆ The magnetic system is entirely composed of high-performance neodymium-iron-boron material, featuring a large wrap angle and multi-pole structure design, with N and S poles arranged alternately along the circumference. This causes the minerals to tumble multiple times on the drum surface, thereby significantly improving the grade of the concentrate.
◆The cylinder is made of high-performance non-metallic materials, solving the issues of magnetic eddy current heating and high transmission power associated with stainless steel cylinders. The cylinder surface is protected by bonding Nalate rubber sheets or ceramic tiles, ensuring a long service life.
◆ The drum rotation speed is adjustable, with the linear speed adjustable within the range of 1-20 m/s based on ore properties and target specifications. A higher rotation speed increases magnetic flipping, which is more conducive to improving the concentrate grade.
◆ A magnetic stirring device is installed inside the cylinder, which repeatedly tumbles the minerals attached to the drum surface. Combined with a large wrap angle, narrow magnetic poles, and a multi-pole magnetic system, the minerals are repeatedly agglomerated and dispersed, thereby effectively improving the concentrate grade.
