Working principle
The jet mill, together with the cyclone separator, dust collector, and induced draft fan, forms a complete grinding system. After being filtered and dried, compressed air is injected at high speed into the grinding chamber through a Laval nozzle. At the intersection of multiple high-pressure air streams, the material is repeatedly crushed through collision, friction, and shearing. The crushed material moves with the upward airflow under the suction force of the fan to the classification zone. Under the strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classification turbine, coarse and fine materials are separated. Fine particles meeting the required particle size pass through the classification wheel and are collected by the cyclone separator and dust collector, while coarse particles descend to the grinding zone for further crushing.

Performance Features
Suitable for dry grinding of various materials with a Mohs hardness below 9, especially for grinding high-hardness, high-purity, and high-value-added materials.
It contains a horizontal classification device, with product particle size D97 adjustable between 2 and 150 microns, good particle shape, and narrow particle size distribution.
Low-temperature medium-free crushing is especially suitable for crushing heat-sensitive, low-melting-point materials, as well as those containing sugar or volatile substances.
The crushing process primarily relies on collisions between the materials themselves, as opposed to mechanical crushing, which depends on the impact of blades or hammers on the materials. As a result, the equipment is wear-resistant and the product has high purity.
It can be used in series with multi-stage classifiers to produce products in multiple particle size ranges at one time.
The equipment is easy to disassemble, assemble, and clean, with a smooth inner wall and no dead corners.
The entire system is enclosed for grinding, resulting in minimal dust, low noise, and a clean, environmentally friendly production process.
