Scope of ApplicationThe JYG(GJT)-B-B Metal Detector is primarily used in industries such as coal, mining, timber, cement, chemical, iron ore sintering, and coke, with particular suitability for ferrous and non-ferrous metal mines. In industrial and mining enterprises with belt conveyor and processing systems for magnetic or non-magnetic bulk materials, it can accurately detect various metal impurities mixed in the materials, such as iron, steel, manganese steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, etc. This solves the long-standing problem in mining enterprises like iron ore and stone mines, where large pieces of iron, steel, manganese steel, etc., that cannot be removed by magnetic separators, cause severe damage to downstream equipment. In addition to indicator light alarms, it can be connected to a bell alarm and provides relay contact outputs. It can be directly connected to metal removal devices such as electromagnetic separators and separation devices for manual or automatic metal separation, ensuring the safe and stable operation of downstream equipment. The sensitivity is adjustable, **and the sensitivity may vary depending on the industrial control digital circuit and sensor, to meet the needs of various industries. When metal passes through the sensor, eddy currents are generated in the metal. The amplified output signal is sent to the control circuit via an amplification circuit, generating a control signal that drives the output circuit. This triggers the local alarm indicator output and external output actions. By utilizing the weak change signal generated when metal enters the electromagnetic field range of the sensor, the industrial control digital circuit analyzes and processes it, driving the actuator to operate, thereby removing harmful metals.
