Scope of ApplicationThe working part of a jaw crusher consists of two jaw plates: one is the fixed jaw plate (stationary jaw), which is vertically (or slightly tilted outward at the top) fixed to the front wall of the frame, and the other is the movable jaw plate (swing jaw), which is positioned at an incline, forming a crushing chamber (working chamber) that is wider at the top and narrower at the bottom together with the fixed jaw plate. The movable jaw plate performs periodic reciprocating motion relative to the fixed jaw plate, alternately moving apart and coming closer. When moving apart, materials enter the crushing chamber, and finished products are discharged from the bottom; when coming closer, the materials between the two jaw plates are subjected to compression, bending, and splitting forces, resulting in crushing. This is suitable for coarse and medium crushing of hard and medium-hard materials.
1. The product adopts *** advanced manufacturing processes and selects high-end materials.
2. In terms of bearings: Larger bearing specifications are selected, offering higher load capacity, which significantly extends the service life of the bearings. The bearings are made of high-quality cast steel components and are driven by two large cast steel flywheels.
3. The spindle is manufactured through forging, offering good strength and reliable quality.
4. The toothed liner plate is adopted, which increases the effective length of the jaw plate, resulting in higher output.
5. The crushing chamber adopts a symmetrical "V"-shaped structure, ensuring that the actual feed opening width is consistent with the nominal feed opening width.
6. It features a large crushing ratio, uniform product particle size, simple structure, reliable operation, easy maintenance, and economical operating costs.
