Working Principle:
WLD Horizontal Ribbon BlenderFor efficient and rapid mixing of materials, the spiral ribbons on the mixing shaft move to cause the inner and outer spiral ribbons to tumble the materials over a wide range. The inner spiral ribbon moves the materials toward both sides, while the outer spiral ribbon moves the materials from both sides inward, allowing the materials to intermingle back and forth. Additionally, some materials are pushed by the spiral ribbons, moving axially and radially, thereby forming a convective cycle. Due to the stirring motion described above, the materials achieve rapid and uniform mixing in a relatively short time.

※For different material mixing requirements (special materials must be cleaned after each mixing), a jacketed type with different spiral ribbon structures, capable of heating and drying, is adopted.
※Special atomized liquid, equipped with a special nozzle.
※The horizontal machine can also be equipped with a movable door for user cleaning.
