UPGM-AL2O3 Alumina Granules

UPGM-AL2O3 is a ceramic polymer composite material, white in color, with near-spherical particles ranging from 8 to 14 mesh in size. It can be used to produce alumina ceramic components. Using a UPG-3D printer, the preset model green body is rapidly printed layer by layer, and then through debinding and sintering processes, the final dense ceramic component is obtained.

Performance Applications

Alumina materials possess excellent properties such as high strength, high-temperature stability, high hardness, high wear resistance, high melting point, corrosion resistance, ionic conductivity, and biocompatibility. They are widely used in industries such as aerospace, mold manufacturing, refractory materials, batteries, and biomedical applications.
