Working Principle:
Powder materials are fed from the vibrating hopper through a horizontal screw feeder in a metered and uniform manner into the main hopper of the roller compactor, ensuring a constant material level in the main hopper. The material is then pre-compressed by a vertical conical screw within the main hopper and conveyed to the arc-shaped grooves of two compression rollers. The surfaces of the two rollers are uniformly distributed with identical semi-flat arc grooves or diamond-shaped grooves. Through the meshing drive of a pair of gears, the two rollers rotate at equal speeds in opposite directions, drawing the material conveyed by the conical screw into the grooves and instantly compressing it under force. After compression, as the pressure gradually decreases, the material falls out of the grooves under its own elasticity and gravity, entering the crushing and granulating system. Subsequently, based on the user's particle size requirements, the material is screened and classified to produce uniform granular products that meet quality standards. The undersized powder is returned to the vibrating hopper for recycling.
