Product Features:

Basic magnesium carbonate is a white monoclinic crystalline or amorphous powder, non-toxic, odorless, and stable in air. Its relative density is 2.16. It is slightly soluble in water, with its aqueous solution being weakly alkaline, and has a solubility of 0.02% in water (at 15°C). It readily dissolves in acids and ammonium salt solutions. When exposed to dilute acids, it decomposes immediately, releasing carbon dioxide. When heated above 300°C, it decomposes to produce water, carbon dioxide, and magnesium oxide.

Product Applications:

Magnesium carbonate is used as an excellent filler and reinforcing agent for rubber products. It can be used as a heat-insulating and high-temperature-resistant fireproof insulation material. Asbestos lightweight magnesium carbonate is an excellent insulating material, used in industries such as shipbuilding and boiler manufacturing, and can also be used to produce high-grade glass products, magnesium salts, pigments, paints, daily-use chemicals, and more. In medicine, it is used as an antacid. It can also serve as a desiccant, color protectant, carrier, and anti-caking agent.

Product Packaging:

This product is packaged with inert gas and should be stored sealed in a dry, cool environment. It should not be exposed to air to prevent moisture-induced oxidative agglomeration, which may affect dispersion performance and usage effectiveness. The packaging quantity can be provided according to customer requirements, with sub-packaging available.
