The disc-type jet mill is mainly composed of a flat disc-shaped hollow crushing chamber, nozzles, a feeder, an outlet, a pressure air chamber, and an inner liner. The axis of the nozzle forms a certain angle with the radius, and multiple nozzles are distributed. When pressurized gas passes through the nozzles, the airflow drives the materials to achieve collision, shearing, and friction between them, thereby achieving the crushing effect. At the same time, the airflow drives the materials to rotate at high speed within the chamber. Larger particles, due to centrifugal force, return to the vicinity of the nozzle opening, while fine particles are discharged from the central outlet. The pressure air chamber of this flat-type jet mill is built-in, making the machine compact, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to maintain. This jet mill occupies a small footprint and has classification functionality, making it particularly suitable for crushing light and soft materials.
