However, due to the excellent sealing of the oil reservoir, the cylinder cannot draw in hydraulic oil and thus cannot build pressure normally. During regular use, the screws need to be loosened slightly. ② When applying pressure, ensure that the threads of the screw rod are fully engaged into the upper plate, not just a few turns. This prevents deformation of the screw rod threads. ③ Regularly apply lubricating oil to the screw rod to prevent rust, which could affect its operation. ④ Do not apply pressure beyond the machine's rated range, as this may cause danger. ⑤ It is recommended to use clean 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil for the tablet press. ⑥ If the manual handle feels firm during pressurization but the pressure gauge shows no reading, immediately release the load and check the pressure gauge.
