The MP-2 metallographic sample grinding and polishing machine is a dual-disk benchtop unit designed for pre-grinding, grinding, and polishing operations on metallographic samples. The left disk serves as the pre-grinding disk, while the right disk functions as the polishing disk. This machine can perform light grinding, rough grinding, semi-finish grinding, finish grinding, as well as precision polishing on samples. Cooling System

This machine is equipped with a cooling device that can cool the specimen during grinding and polishing to prevent damage to the metallographic structure caused by overheating.

Control system

This machine controls the operation of the grinding and polishing disc via an on/off switch. When the switch is set to "on," the disc operates, achieving speeds of 450 r/min for the left disc and 600 r/min for the right disc. When the switch is set to "off," the disc stops running.
