Principle of Thermal Conductivity Analyzer: It evaluates the thermal conductivity characteristics of materials by measuring surface heat loss. This measurement method requires very little time, and its main advantage is that material evaluation can be performed solely through surface measurements. The probe of the HC10 is equipped with a built-in heat source and precision sensors, allowing it to measure from the top of materials such as VIP (Vacuum Insulation Panels), rubber, ceramics, glass, and metal, among others. By proportionally analyzing the heat loss through the insulating material, the thermal conductivity/thermal conduction coefficient of various materials can be calculated.
HC-10 Portable Thermal Conductivity Analyzer can be used for VIP (Vacuum Insulation Panel) and other homogeneous solid samples (such as rubber, plastic, ceramic, powder, glass, metal...). It allows users to input thermal conductivity quality control conditions, displaying results in three grades (A/B/C) via LED indicators.
