working principle

ZJQThe series fluidized bed jet mill is a **leading product** currently on the market, developed and produced by Mianyang Zhongjin Powder Equipment. It features a more user-friendly, intelligent, and wear-resistant design compared to traditional jet mills. The crushing process involves high-pressure air driving materials to form a high-speed gas-powder mixture that collides with each other to achieve crushing. The main unit has no moving parts, nor any motors or other transmission devices. The entire crushing process does not involve traditional pressure or friction, as materials are crushed solely by their own collision forces. The crushing process is independent of the equipment material, making it suitable for crushing high-hardness, high-purity, and heat-sensitive materials.

1Low wear, high purity: The airflow drives materials to collide and crush against each other without the involvement of any crushing medium.
2Ultra-fine and High Precision: Utilizing material collision for crushing, it is suitable for ultra-hard and high-purity applications, with the fineness of the finished product far exceeding that of mechanical crushers. Generally, the finest achievable particle size is D50=0.2 microns. The integration of a high-precision vertical turbine classifier enables the production of products with a narrower particle size distribution.
3Good particle morphology: By adjusting the air pressure during jet milling, the purpose of maintaining and adjusting particle morphology can be achieved. Especially for applications requiring spheroidization, the jet mill performs better than other equipment.
4Easy Operation and Maintenance: The equipment experiences minimal wear and requires little daily maintenance. Both loading and unloading are automated, reducing workload and labor intensity for both routine maintenance and daily use.
