Product Introduction:Lithium carbonate is an inorganic compound with the chemical formulaLi2CO3, with a molecular weight of 73.89, is a colorless monoclinic crystal. It is soluble in water and dilute acids but insoluble in ethanol and acetone. Its thermal stability is lower than that of other carbonates of elements in the same group of the periodic table. It does not deliquesce in air and can be obtained by adding sodium carbonate to a solution of lithium sulfate or lithium oxide. When carbon dioxide is introduced into its aqueous solution, it can be converted into an acid salt. Upon heating, it releases carbon dioxide to form lithium carbonate. When its aqueous solution is boiled, hydrolysis occurs. It is used as a raw material for ceramics, glass, ferrites, etc., as well as in silver paste for electronic components. In medicine, it is used to treat mental depression.

Lithium carbonate can be used in the production of lithium compounds as well as in the manufacturing of enamel and glass. It serves as a raw material for preparing lithium compounds and metallic lithium, and can be used as an additive in the electrolytic bath for aluminum smelting. It is widely applied in industries such as glass, ceramics, pharmaceuticals, and food. Working Principle:ZThe J-series fluidized bed ultrafine pulverizer utilizes multiple oppositely arranged nozzles to generate high-speed airflow, which accelerates the material to supersonic speeds, causing the particles to collide with each other at the intersection of the nozzles, achieving ultrafine pulverization. The pulverized material is carried by the upward airflow into the classification chamber of the classifier. Due to the high-speed rotation of the classification rotor, the particles are subjected to both the centrifugal force generated by the classification rotor and the centripetal force caused by the viscous effect of the airflow. When the centrifugal force on the particles exceeds the centripetal force, i.e., coarse particles above the classification particle size, they are returned to the pulverization chamber for further impact pulverization. Fine particles are carried by the airflow into the cyclone separator and collector for collection, while the gas is discharged by the induced draft fan.
