After passing through an air filter, the air enters an air heater. The heating methods of the air heater include hot air furnaces, electric heating, steam heating, etc. Once the air is heated to a specified temperature, it enters the hot air distributor tangentially. After being processed by the hot air distributor, the air enters the drying chamber uniformly and in a spiral manner. At the same time, the feed liquid is atomized by the atomizer into droplets of 25-60 μm. When the droplets come into contact with the hot air, they rapidly vaporize and dry into powder or granular products. The dried powder or granular products fall onto the conical walls of the drying chamber, slide down to the conical bottom, and enter the powder collection cylinder. A small amount of fine powder flows with the air into a cyclone separator for separation. Finally, the exhaust gas is discharged through the fan outlet or enters a wet scrubber before being discharged.
