Principle of Iron Oxide Red Flash Dryer XSG-3
During the development of the spin flash dryer, the primary focus is on **maximizing** its dispersion degree, i.e., increasing the surface area per unit volume of wet material to accelerate heat and mass transfer processes. The required air is heated by a heater and enters the stirring, crushing, and drying chamber tangentially through the bottom annular gap, generating a spiraling upward airflow. The wet material is continuously and quantitatively fed into the dryer via a screw feeder. The dried product, along with the hot air, is carried out of the dryer through the upper outlet pipe. The dry powder particles are collected into a storage bin via a cyclone separator, while the exhaust gas is extracted and discharged by an induced draft fan.
