I. Equipment Overview:
The square vacuum dryer is designed to dry materials under vacuum conditions through conduction heating via a tubular heater. Simultaneously, a vacuum pump extracts air and moisture, maintaining the working chamber in a vacuum state. The moisture evaporated from the materials is removed by the vacuum pump, significantly accelerating the drying rate while conserving energy. The temperature difference between the upper and lower parts of the dryer is virtually nonexistent, and the entire machine complies with GMP requirements.
Suitable for materials with unstable states and heat-sensitive properties. Since the interior of the vacuum chamber is isolated from the outside, it can be applied in scenarios where solvents need to be recovered or toxic and irritating gases are emitted during drying. As a static drying method, the shape of the dried material will not be damaged.

III. Technical Description:
1) The entire machine is made of internal and external SUS304 stainless steel. The inner wall is fully welded with smooth arc transitions and polished to a surface finish of Ra0.4, preventing material accumulation and ensuring easy cleaning. The exterior is clad in brushed stainless steel sheets, ensuring a flat and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
2) The top of the machine's inner cavity is designed as an arched dome, which prevents condensation droplets from forming on the inner walls due to cooling and directly dripping onto the materials on the top tray.
3) **The two-point vacuum extraction structure ensures uniform suction rate at all points inside the chamber, maintaining consistent temperature and guaranteeing more even drying of materials.
