The radiator of the oven: adopts stainless steel finned radiator, and the insulation material of the oven is insulation rock wool with a density of ≥50g. During normal operation, the surface temperature of the oven must not exceed 15°C above room temperature.
Welding requirements: All grooves on the cylinder body shall be machined grooves, and welding shall adopt argon arc welding for single-side welding and double-side forming; the nozzle welds shall be pre-stretched before welding.
Outer wall: Made of ≥1.2mm stainless steel plate SUS304-2B, with brushed finish, roughness Ra≤0.8μm, and a dust-free surface. The inner wall of the oven is made of ≥1.2mm stainless steel plate SUS304-2B, with mirror-polished surface, Ra≤0.4μm, and no sharp edges. The bottom plate is made of ≥1.5mm stainless steel plate, with an R-arc design at the bottom. The air duct operates smoothly with no dead corners, facilitating easy cleaning. The equipment is fully welded as a single unit. After manufacturing, all welds on the inner and outer walls are ground and polished to achieve a roughness consistent with the adjacent base material.
The trolley track of the oven: manufactured using CNC machine tool casting and pressing. The base plate must be stable while protecting the trolley wheels from wear. The main frame is welded with square steel of ≥60mm, and the secondary beams are welded with angle steel or channel steel of ≥60mm, with burrs removed and a smooth surface.
